If you want to expand your gardening skills and dive into hydroponic gardening, don’t be intimidated. It can be done naturally by making your own nutrient mix. I make mine from worm tea, kelp, and epsom salt. Also there are other recipes out there that’s natural.

The bin the we use is food grade containers. Look for markings underneat like PP#5 which is the same material used on yogurt tubs. It is heat resistant and will not leach chemicals

As for lighting, if you have access to bright windows that receives 6 or more hours of sunlight, then you won’t need a grow light. Otherwise, grow lights will be your next option to grow indoors. This can work outside too if you’re in a winter free zone.
